Information about testing process

Three easy steps :

1. Order a free home collection kit for DNA test
   The sample collection kit is absolutely FREE of charge. Fill and submit the order thought our secure web page or by downloading a printable kit request form and submitting it by fax, e-mail or mail to :

   Within the following days after your request you will receive a free of charge DNA paternity test collection kit. The kit will be discretely shipped in a package with no markings as to the contents. This kit contains detailed instructions and all the necessary materials to collect samples from the parties involved in the test.

   You will need Adobe Reader to open and print the questionnaire.

2. Collect the samples and return them to our laboratory
   Once you have received the kit, collect the samples easily by following the instructions on the accompanying protocol and return them to our laboratory for testing in the pre-addressed envelope. DNA is an extremely stable biological compound and is resistant to great stress. The samples that you would have collected with the necessary DNA do not biodegrade or are not damaged in any way in the mailing process. You can send us the samples by regular mail, express mail or by courier service to:

   From that moment you may pay the testing cost by bank transfer to the business account named in the kit's instructions (click here for more information about the prices).

   In the Clients Secure Area you can check the status of your DNA test by entering the Test Code.

3. DNA testing and laboratory report
   After testing is completed (15 days) you will receive the laboratory detailed report by regular mail, to the address you have provided, or by e-mail in a text file protected by password. All customers will be handled with strict confidentiality. Packages will be discretely marked and shipped with no markings as to the contents of the package.
